Tropical Storm Bonnie

I will be periodically updating you all so that we can share this storm together!
Tropical Depression 3 has been upgraded to Tropical Storm Bonnie.
We are supposed to start receiving wind from 30-35 miles per hour with gusts up to 55 miles per hour by tomorrow.
State parks have closed to campers and the Key West Marina will close at midnight...

I will keep you updated and send any interesting pictures!

How'd the root canal go? Did you get stocked up? :)

Check out stormcarib.com It is a forum set up for the storms. It is always interesting what those who are going through a big storm have to say about the experience.

Hang tight!

Thanks Lailani, it is an interesting site...
I also like the National Hurricane Center site...straightforward, updates, etc...

We are hanging, nothing much yet

I hope it won't be too bad for anyone! We are watching it, too. They said tonight on the local weather, that if it comes closer to the coast of Alabama, Mississippi or Louisiana, that it will push the oil away from land. I've never hoped for a hurricane to come closer before! I hope it doesn't gaim much strength.

Oops, I meant gain much strength.

Hang in there. The storm season has only just begun. Mostly these are pretty awesome experiences...so much drama....but, it pays to be prepared.
